Day 1

I Can't believe I am here again


Goal Weight: 130lbs
Current Weight: 187.4lbs
Waist: 34in
Bust: 36in
Hipps: 44in

What I ate today??
-8breadsticks w/ marinara
-oatmeal 1 serving with "i cant believe its not butter", no suger
-turkey, provolone sandwich on 45cal/per slice wheat bread w/mustard
-steamed green beans with baked talapia (fish)
-water
-snacked on peanut butter
Workout??
-ran 1mile time=15min
-100 crunches in 10sec intervals while holding at every 10sec stop

**Reason I am doing this....
I am unhappy with my weight and i know i can get to where I want to be so i wont stop until I am happy with my weight and myself
