Day 6



so today i was able to hit the gym up as soon as i woke up and i was happy to workout early..but i am slipping so hard in the gym..its getting harder and harder for me to run this mile.i actually cud only run .25 of it before stopping, then i ran the other .25, then i just couldnt even run anymore and i jus walked the other half of the mile..did my abs then after feeling like a complete fail lol i got my ass back on that treadmill and lowered the speed and jogged non stop for .60 of a mile..might have to start jogging so i can breathe lol

Workout??
-ran half mile, walked other half of mile
-100 crunches, stopped every 10 and held for 10sec
-jogged .60 of a mile
-10 body lifts on the table ( pushed my body up using jus upper body strength)
-walking push ups 3 reps of 10

What I ate today??
-1 serving oatmeal with strawberries and pineapples in it
-2 yogurt
-3 rice cake
-chicken salad (boiled chicken, low fat italian dressing)
-1 grapefruit
-baked fish (talapia) w/ steamed brocoli
-1 orange
-water

Since these are some of my fave things i thought i'd take a pic of them lol oatmeal with fruit beats oatmeal drowned in sugar anyday..
