After yesterday i noticed when i drop the speed, i have more endurance and better breathing techniques so today i jogged for 20 consecutive minutes..non-stop, felt great..

-30 squats
What I ate today??
-2 yogurts
-water
-i serving oatmeal w/ i cant believe its not butter
-2 oranges
-3 rice cake
- fruit from bowl pictured on "Day 4"
-chicken salad
-grapefruit
-baked mesqite flavored chicken with small salad
